WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
There is free shipping on selective products. Should there be a shipping cost the cost will be indicated on the product. Free shipment excludes deliveries to a farm / plot / chain store / hospital / power station / any high risk areas. Please contact us to enquire at online@taurnimock.co.za
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Based on stock availability, delivery address and receipt of payment, orders will be process within 2 - 10 working days. Although the online portal will be available 24/7 your orders will only be processed during our office hours.
We do advertise for our suppliers and have supplier agreements in place and some goods may be dispatched directly from their premises, or ordered/manufactured once your order is received and then delivered to us to dispatch. You will be advised should this be the case.
The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location.
Self-collection option is available and can be arranged from our premises in Boksburg.
Shipping/self-collection confirmation will be sent via e-mail confirmation once the order is processed, along with the relevant waybill details if applicable.
If you need your order urgently please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.
WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Shipping is currently only available within South African boarders. We only ship orders to physical addresses (No post boxes ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries. Please also make sure that you provide a trusted contact number.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
REFUND POLICY
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at online@taurnimock.co.za. Returns are at the buyers expense and a handling fee of up to 30% will be charged by the seller. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be shared upon acceptance of return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
